OnePlus is now rolling out OxygenOS 10 Open Beta 2 for OnePlus 5 and OnePlus 5T. OxygenOS 10 Open Beta 2 is a small package and brings April 2020 security patch, improved splitscreen experience, general stability and known bug fixes to OnePlus 5 & 5T.
OnePlus has initially released first open beta of OxygenOS 10 for OnePlus 5 & 5T just a week ago. This Android 10-based beta enabled users to test the initial version of the OOS10 firmware and to provide feedback before the release of final stable of OxygenOS 10 update for OnePlus 5 & 5T.

OnePlus 5 and 5T were released in 2017, and were delivered on board with Android 7.1 but firm had announced two big Android 8.1 and Android 9 updates for OnePlus 5 and 5 T already. It seems that both devices are having their third big software upgrade with the introduction of Android 10-based OxygenOS 10.
OnePlus has announced on its forum that OxygenOS 10 Open Beta 2 will not be available over-the-air to Open Beta 1 and Android 9 users. And users have to manually download and install the OxygenOS 10 Open Beta 2 update on their OnePlus 5 and 5T devices.
How to Install OxygenOS 10 Open Beta 2 on OnePlus 5/ 5T
Step 1: Make back up of your data (recommended)
Step 2: Download OxygenOS 10 Open Beta 2 from below link and move it the internal storage of your OnePlus 5/ 5T device.
Step 3: Make sure that your device has left 60%+ battery juice left.
Step 4: Now go Settings > System > System updates.
Step 5: Then tap on top-right Menu dots and select “Local upgrade”.
Step 6: Now browse and choose the downloaded Open Beta 2 ota file from your device.
Step 7: Waite for a while to complete the OxygenOS 10 installation process on your OnePlus 5 and 5T device.
