Google has just released Android 11 DP3 OTA for Pixel 4XL/ 4/ 3a XL/ 3a/ 3XL/ 3/ 2XL and Pixel 2. Latest Android 11 DP3 brings App exit reasons updates, GWP-ASan heap analysis, ADB Incremental support, Wireless Debugging and other performance improvements.
Google launched Android 11 Developer Preview 1 for Pixel phones in February 2020. The organization planned to roll out two further Developer Previews before releasing Android 11 Betas for non-Pixel devices. Google launched Android 11 DP2 back in March and today Android 11 DP3 is being followed up.

ADB Incremental Support
This feature will allow installing big APKs (2GB+) 10x quicker than it used to be from a Desktop to a phone. In latest Android 11 DP3, programmers can quickly installs incremental APK in new ADB binary by making use command “adb update -incremental” command. incremental APKs have to be signed with the current APK Signature Scheme v4, that creates a certificate in a new file. The support for new Incremental File System is required on a device to make ADB Incremental feature work, which is currently in Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL only.
Wireless Debugging
Android 11 DP3’s Wireless Debugging feature uses the linking code protocol to connect your phone to a Laptop, however Google says they’re aiming to introduce a QR code scanning protocol to a potential Android Studio version.
App exit reasons updates
In Android 11 DP3, users will use the latest getHistoricalProcessExitReasons mechanism in the ActivityManager hierarchy to collect a list of the causes against the most frequent app deaths. The latest ApplicationExitInfo class outlines the details applications can access regarding their previous causes of escape.
Data access auditing updates
